How we work
At Eco warehouse our passion is sustainability! We do everything with
sustainability & zero waste in our hearts and minds. It all starts with sourcing the right products and finding the right partners for supplying en producing these products. We make sure our supplier companies are eco-friendly in all aspects and work in a fair way. That's why you can trust all of our products are not only against waste, plastic free and sustainably, but also of a high quality.
At the office we select recycled products, like for example our carpet is made of recycled material, our furniture is second hand and none of our products are wrapped in plastic. Our office groceries are all organic and fair trade. And last but not least all our packing materials is either made of recycled materials or made of bio plastic.

Customers and suppliers are our partners we work with. We value the good relationships we have and hope to have for many years to come.

Servicing our customers to make sure they are 100% happy is our goal. Customers who like working with us, is what we aim for. And if - by any chance - something goes wrong, you can be sure we will do everything we can to fix it!

Our warehouse team makes sure that every shipment that leaves our warehouse is packed with love & care. No plastic will be used, just recycled cardboard boxes, recycled paper and eco-tape.
At the Office
At the office, our main goal is to do everything we can to service our customers to the best of our ability. When you send us your order, we will make sure we have it in the system as fast as we can, to make sure you get your ordered items as soon as possible. Most of the time, we handle your order the same day we receive it.
When you contact us for information, we are happy to tell you about the wonderful brands we represent and love to hear about your store/business.
By email or by phone, we really enjoy the nice conversations we have with our customers and prospects. Sometimes just business and sometimes even sharing recipes and holiday stories. Just as it comes.And for those who are in the neighbourhood: always welcome at our office to enjoy a cup of coffee or tea with us. We are just a phone call away!
At the warehouse
Our warehouse team is passioned and commited to make sure all packages and pallets leaving the warehouse are perfect. We will make sure that every package is packed with full attention, using recycled cardboard boxes, recycled paper and eco tape. No plastic will be used!
When we ship a pallet, unfortunately it is still necessary for us to use foil to wrap the pallet. But you can be sure that we only use biobased foil!
